Conditions after coming to Japan
Salary
Same as the salary of Japanese employee + Commuting expense + Provide regional allowance according to work place

Housing environment
Staying in Japan is shared living in the apartment that was rented by the company contracts. In the future, if you will improve your skills and there is no problem to stay alone,you will become independent.
Transportation Charges
After coming to Japan, company will be paid the transportation charges for business trip.
Housing Assistant
You will live in the apartment that was rented by the company. (You must live in 2 DK.) You will need to pay yourself the apartment fee of around 12,000-15,000 yen.

- If you work at the Tokyo branch office or Nagoya office, you will receive regional allowance.
For Example - Nagoya: 10,000 yen,
Tokyo: 15,000 yen
Health Care for Employee
Company will offer Medical Checkup.
Working Hour
- Okayama [8:30-17:30]
- Tokyo ,Nagoya,Osaka [9:00-18:00]
Holiday
- Saturday, Sunday, Japan Holidays and Holidays set by the company.
- Paied leave：Up to 20 days a year.
- Other special leave.
(According to the company regulations.)
Contract Type
After a trial period of 6 months, you will have a formal contract.
